Initiative: Pediatric Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council
Objective: If you identify yourself as a diverse person and interested in helping in the recruitment process for candidates interviewing and/or helping welcome people newly hired at Penn State that also identify as a member of the same type of diversity category (racial/ethnic, disability, sexual/gender, religious, etc.), then please respond to these following questions. Initiative: Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs)
Objective: To support our culture of respect and to engage employees in our commitment to diversity and inclusion, Penn State Health has established to provide an opportunity for employees of diverse backgrounds to come together to create a sense of community and to provide recommendations for how the health system can be more inclusive. The Groups meet virtually on a monthly basis and are open to all health system employees.
